      • Conferences
      • Member outreach
      • Continue or disband?
      • Ideas / Thoughts / Suggestions:
        • Should former SACEM members be contacted to ask them why they did not renew their membership?
        • What would it take to pull people from their positions/jobs to attend an off-site event?
        • Perhaps do a combination of video-conferencing and webinars?
        • Can we piggy-back with another event, e.g., AAR, REA, APT, denominational gatherings?
        •  Follow-up survey question: What educational associations are you affiliated with?
        • Should we look into international partnerships?

  • There is real value to face-to-face gatherings, not necessarily on an annual basis. Perhaps an every-other-year kind of gathering.
    • Webinars likely are not the only thing we should be doing.
    • We should plan to hold a conference in 2017-2018.
    • We will work on building our membership.
      • Should we look into global memberships?

  • We will continue to assess feedbacks from survey
  • Webinar series will continue in the fall.
  • Can still use outreach assistance.
  • We will seek a new secretary for ALLLM.
  • When the minutes are sent out, we can include the link to the survey to encourage completion of the survey. Also can call those who did not respond to the survey.

Recognition of outgoing officers – sending them with our thanks and blessings.
