Helen Blier, Ph.D.
President
Helen Blier currently serves as the Associate Dean for Lifelong Learning at Columbia Theological Seminary, where she leads an extraordinary team that designs and delivers lifelong learning programs in leadership, ministry, and spirituality. Her research, presentations, and publications focus broadly on theological education and formation, lifelong learning, vocation, and youth and young adult faith development.


Rev. Tay Moss

The Reverend Tay Moss is an Anglican Priest, software developer, and innovative ministry coach. In his 23 years of ministry experience, Tay has founded faith-based social enterprises, arts-and-spirituality initiatives, multiple new ministry projects. Tay is a pioneer in the field of Artificial Intelligence and faith both as a researcher and builder of such systems (including his most well-known project, Episcobot. He is a volunteer ministry coach supervising large church development grants on behalf of the Diocese of Toronto and was the Incumbent (Priest) of The Church of The Messiah for 15 years. Tay is the Coordinator of the Innovative Ministry Centre at the Toronto United Church Council. Its principal project is CHURCHx–an eLearning website for churches and individuals looking for ministry or spiritual education. On Sundays Tay is usually found at St John the Baptist Anglican Church in Toronto. Tay’s spouse, Betsy Moss, is a Professor and University Administrator and together they have three kids: Henry, Kat, and Sam. Tay is an avid sailor (both cruising and racing), canoe trekker, and cook. He has an interest in contemplative Christian spirituality and is an Associate of the Order of the Holy Cross.

She draws from her doctoral expertise in adult curriculum design and extensive background leading global initiatives, specializing in creating high-impact digital environments for mission-driven audiences.

Former director of the Center for Lifelong Learning at Columbia Theological Seminary, long-time ALLLM board member, and former president. She is a certified coach (ACC/ICF) engaged in group and individual coaching and serves on the leadership team of the Presbyterian Older Adult Ministries Network.
